July 20th & 21st, 2013

Another busy weekend 😀  I could get used to this!

Our niece had her baby Friday so we got in the car Saturday after work to go and see the new family addition.  So so sweet!  It was great to be able to get to see hubby’s side of the family for a bit.  It has been way too long.

Sunday we had a busy shop day followed by taking hubby’s youngest daughter out to the movies.  We saw a fun little flick called RIPD.  Had a nice time with her ❤

The journey towards healing continues.

I feel much less bloated over the last few days.  I feel like I am eating enough.  I have been eating more when hungrier, less when not hungry.  I do have to watch and make sure I am not eating for not eatings sake, if that makes sense.  Hubby can let himself go for a good 6 – 8 hours without wanting to eat.  I can no longer do that but find that I get in step with his eating patterns over the weekend.  I have to make sure I eat whether or not he does.

I have also found myself in a completely different place with regards to my ex husband.  The anger is no longer there.  Truly, not there.  Well, at least with regards to his treatment of me.  With regards to the children………..well………….let’s just say I am still a mama bear 😉

  1. That baby looks like an angel! Congratulations.
What is it with these men and their snake-like eating habits!? 🙂 My boyfriend is the same way. By the time I feed him dinner, he may have only eaten a bowl of cereal all day! LOL.

    • I don’t know! I know that it sure does effect me and my eating tho 😦 I will just take care of me now and he can worry about himself. If he is not hungry, I will still eat.

Yes, she is a little angel 🙂

  2. Yay on no bloat! It’s such a relief when it goes away. And I am the same way on the weekend with intuitive eating. I go too long and then I am ravenous!
